Thank you for shopping at Hairlune. We aim to provide clear and transparent return guidelines. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on www.hairlune.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Due to hygiene considerations, certain hair accessories that have been used or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the Contact page and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Return instructions will be provided once the request is reviewed and approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Each case is evaluated individually.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Hairlune does not control bank processing times.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank
